These terms apply to the WarRoom free trial offered by Progist ("we", "us"). By starting or joining a trial you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your company. How we handle personal data is explained in the trial privacy notice.
The trial
- The trial is free and lasts 7 days from the moment the first person at your company activates it.
- One trial per company. Everyone at your company email domain shares the same trial workspace, up to 5 users.
- No payment details are needed, and the trial does not turn into a paid plan on its own.
What's included and the limits
- The tabletop exercise (TTX) module only.
- Up to 5 scenarios and 2 live exercises.
- Up to 9 guest participants per exercise. Participants join as guests through an exercise link.
- AI scenario generation, with a limited number of AI requests per trial.
- Results and after-action reports for your exercises.
We may adjust these limits for a specific trial, for example to extend it on request.
Acceptable use
- Use the trial to evaluate WarRoom for your company. Don't enter real personal data beyond what you need to run an exercise (participant names and designations are enough), and don't enter confidential incident data.
- Don't use WarRoom to send spam or unsolicited messages.
- Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break security or limits, overload the service, sign up with someone else's email, or copy the product.
We may suspend or end a trial that breaks these terms or that looks like abuse.
The service
The trial is provided "as is", without warranties and without a service level. Features may change during the trial. Don't rely on the trial for a live incident response.
When the trial ends
After 7 days you can no longer create scenarios or start exercises. If your company does not become a customer, the trial workspace and its data are deleted 60 days after the trial end date. Signups that are never verified are deleted after 30 days. If your company becomes a customer, your trial data carries over and your customer agreement applies from then on.
